Most boards stop at Done. Task Keeper puts a review in front of it, so every finished task has been looked at, and every revision is written down.
New tasks land here. Type one, or paste a list and get one task per line.
Someone is on it. Tasks can also be added straight into this column.
Only two buttons: Approve, or Revision with a note that sends it back.
Shows who approved it and after how many revisions. Undo sends it back to review.
Revision asks for a note before it sends anything. The card goes back to In progress with the note on top, and the count goes up: Revision 1, Revision 2. When it is finally approved, the card says who approved it and after how many rounds.
