Who we are
This website is run by tridiART, the publisher of the plugins shown here. For anything related to privacy, email support@tridiart.com.
What we collect
When you browse
Like every web server, our hosting provider records standard access logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user agent and the referring page. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, are not combined with other data and are deleted on the host's normal rotation schedule.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the details you choose to share (such as plugin and engine version) and your message. The form also records your IP address for spam protection. We use this information only to answer you and to fix the issues you report.
The interactive demos
The Asset Doctor demo and the naming playground run entirely in your browser on sample data. Nothing you type or click in them is sent to us. "Export report" creates the file locally.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies. The documentation section may keep small interface preferences (such as the state of the sidebar) in your browser's storage; they never leave your device.
How long we keep data
Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to support you and handle follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. It is processed only by our hosting and email provider, which stores the website and mailbox on our behalf.
Other websites
Links to Fab, GitHub, Discord and other services take you to sites with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@tridiart.comand we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
